Role Description

The Solutions Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in UK, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. Key purpose of the role is to establish and drive growth in the business through new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives and targets. Maintain effective customer relations, develop growth opportunities, and continually look for pipeline management and growth.

Key Responsibilities and Areas of Authority

  • Targeting new business development to generate new clients
  • Forecast and achieve monthly targets / KPI’s
  • Proactively manage pipeline and updating CRM with all client communications including calls, emails, deals and meetings
  • Research, target and create new client opportunities
  • Develop targeted messaging to engage prospective clients
  • Placing a priority on discovery and understanding client needs and capabilities and the value proposition we can provide to them
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients throughout the client journey, and help our clients succeed everyday with use of Alii products.
  • Proactively analyse customer product usage and identify growth opportunities
  • Constantly strive to improve sales process, product, industry and competitive market knowledge, share market trend insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback.
  • Demonstrate SaaS solution to prospects as required.
  • Work with internal teams to develop lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Perform job role and responsibilities to its fullest potential, ensuring continuous improvement and contribution to positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Creating, presenting and attending client events and conferences.

Desirable Experience and Personal Attributes

  • High Performing, Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Experienced in selling in the Education and Legal sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating own leads.
  • Experience building successful pipeline & exceptional closure rate.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to spot and flag revenue opportunities
  • Strong analytical and client service skills, and a desire to provide excellent client experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Ability to work both independently from home and collaboratively with colleagues in other locations and regions.
  • Current driver's license
  • Working with Children Check (where applicable within the state of residence) and Current National Police Check (no older than 3 months on initial commencement)
