Solutions Practice Lead - Lloyds Market

Solutions Practice Lead - Lloyds Market

Strengthen Solutions

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions across insurance and related domains.
  • Own the end-to-end solutioning process, including:
    • Understanding domain-specific needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
    • Responding to RFPs with detailed solution architecture and value propositions.
    • Creating proactive proposals to address emerging or latent business needs.
    • Preparing and delivering presentations, demos, and oral defenses for stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with business goals and transformation objectives.

Transformation Support

  • Actively lead transformation initiatives by contributing domain and technical expertise.
  • Align solutions with the overall transformation roadmap and strategic goals.
  • Provide consultative input during opportunity assessment and execution phases.

Techno-Functional & Consultative Expertise

  • Serve as a bridge between business and technology, offering deep domain knowledge and technical insight.
  • Guide teams on solution feasibility, architecture, and implementation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of property and casualty strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Identify and address client needs within the insurance.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and optimising existing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on project performance and progress to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Solutions Practice Lead - Lloyds Market should have:

Domain & Functional Expertise

  • Deep understanding of Insurance Services domain, including Life, P&C, Health, and Reinsurance processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical and operational solutions.

Solutioning & Consulting

  • Proven experience in solution architecture, RFP responses, and proposal development.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for client orals and demos.
  • Ability to design scalable, reusable, and value-driven solutions.

Project & Change Management

  • Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in change management, adoption planning, and benefit realization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance practices.
  • Experience in the professional services sector, particularly in Insurance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent client relationship management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting industry trends.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £140000 - 170000 per annum
  • Standard benefits package.
