Solutions Strategist

London | Hybrid

Help businesses solve complex operational challenges through technology. Our client is a fast-growing technology company developing innovative software solutions for businesses operating in complex and highly regulated environments.

The business combines advanced technology, data, and industry expertise to help organisations improve processes, modernise legacy systems, and solve operational challenges that traditional software often struggles to address.

With strong customer traction and continued growth, they are expanding their team and looking for talented individuals who are excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer impact.

The Role

As a Solutions Strategist, you'll work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape and deliver tailored technology solutions. You'll combine analytical thinking, technical understanding, and client-facing skills to ensure solutions are aligned with customer objectives and successfully adopted. This role would suit someone with experience in software development, systems engineering, technical consulting, solutions consulting, or technology deployment who enjoys solving complex problems and working directly with customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
