Sound appealing?
We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven Solutions Technology Executive to join our growing team at TST. This is a technical, delivery-focused role at the heart of how TST builds smarter, more automated ways of working, both internally and for our clients.
Do you get genuine satisfaction from building things that work? Automations, workflows and web-based solutions that make life easier for real people? Are you excited by AI tools? Are you currently building your skillset as a Forward Deployment Engineer?
Ideally you’ll be a Graduate with either a tech or project-based creative degree, combined with 1-2 years work experience. We’re not looking for specific skills or a specialism in coding, more a general understanding of how technical solutions can be developed to benefit users, how to solve problems through to completion, and a clear communication style to work easily with internal and, in time, external, stakeholders.
With a collaborative central London office, regular socials & wellbeing initiatives, free snacks, a dog-friendly space, and hybrid working, we’ve got it all!
What would you be doing in this key role?
Internal Data Processes, Agents & Automations
- Build and maintain automated data workflows across core systems, including GitHub, Azure, Float, HubSpot, work trackers, revenue recognition and forecasting, and project budgets
- Create workflow automations that save time, improve accuracy, and support scale across the business
- Leverage AI agents and tools in line with TST's AI best practices, implementing solutions that have real operational impact
- Apply AI agents and tools in line with TST's AI best practices, supporting the team in identifying and implementing useful use cases
- Support internal stakeholders with data and technical queries, escalating to the Manager or Head of department where needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
