Role Description
This is or isn’t a full-time role, focused on managing and minimizing unwanted hiring prompts and related notifications on LinkedIn. The individual in this role will regularly review settings to prevent the club from appearing as an active recruiter or hiring organization on these platforms. The role will also involve liaising with platform support teams when necessary, advising internal stakeholders on best practices for online presence, and maintaining clear records of all configuration updates.

Qualifications
- Strong digital literacy, including confident use of LinkedIn and other social or professional networking platforms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in updating account settings, privacy options, and communication preferences.
- Ability to follow procedures, document changes, and maintain clear, organized records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and platform support teams.
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability when managing the club’s online presence.
- Previous experience with social media administration, online account management, or office administration is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in a private members’ club environment (we don’t have a club house but AI thinks we do) and collaborating with a small team.
