Job Opportunity: Sommelier at HIDE
Remuneration package £42-50k+ inclusive of tronc.
An excellent opportunity for a Sommelier to join the team at HIDE.

Responsibilities:
- Strong wine knowledge & confidence, including wine regions, producers, and vintage variations.
- Open and approachable manner, thrive on interacting with people.
- Good level of English, additional languages are an advantage (particularly Russian/Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Ensure that all wine is served in the correct glassware & in proper condition.
- Build a rapport with regular guests.
- Look after the wine cellar & deliveries.
- Maintain the standards set for service by Senior Management.
