Core by Clare Smyth, a three Michelin starred restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill, is seeking a passionate and professional Sommelier to join our award-winning front-of-house team.
As part of a world-class restaurant, you will work closely with our experienced sommeliers led by Master Sommelier Gareth Ferreira to deliver exceptional wine service that complements our seasonal, modern British cuisine.

Requirements:
- Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory or Certified qualification, or WSET Level 3 (minimum)
- Previous experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for wine, hospitality, and guest experience
- A positive attitude, teamwork, and the desire to learn and grow
- Right to work in the U.K.
