About the Role
Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Sommelier to join GAIA London.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Sommelier within high end venues
- Fluent in English, additional languages would be advantageous
- WSET Certifications
- Legally authorized to live and work in the UK
