Purpose of the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sommelier to join our team in our prestigious Great Gallery fine dining restaurant based in our Pall Mall clubhouse. You will advise our members on the wine lists within the Club delivering a personalised and memorable experience.

Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off, along with the added benefit of not having to work over the Christmas period.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards development of wine list, updating as necessary
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
- Numerical skills and experience of cash handling
- Good communicator
About you:
- WSET Level 2
- Previous experience as a Sommelier
- Comprehensive knowledge of world wines and beverages
- Awareness of Licencing laws
