The Role
As a Sommelier, you will be the expert guiding guests through a world-class wine selection, curating bespoke pairings that elevate the dining experience. With an exceptional palate, deep knowledge of wines, and a passion for storytelling, you will enhance every moment, creating a memorable journey through fine wines and impeccable service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to complement the dining experience.
- Maintain and curate an exceptional wine list that reflects both global classics and unique finds.
- Conduct engaging wine tastings and educate guests and team members on wine selections.
- Manage inventory, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and sourcing of premium wines.
- Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to create a seamless and elevated guest experience.
About You
- A deep passion for wines, spirits, and beverage culture with strong storytelling ability.
- Experience in a high-end bar, luxury hotel, or fine-dining environment.
- A deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques.
- A natural host, with the ability to create an engaging guest experience.
- Detail-focused, ensuring every drink and interaction meets the highest standards.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven setting.
