Role
We are currently looking for a Sommelier to join our team of associates in Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood London. Our Sommelier works closely with the Head Sommelier to ensure the wine offering in our busy brasserie enhances the guest experience and a warm and genuine service is delivered at all times.
Key expectations of this role are
- Delivering all aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards on the brasserie floor.
- Possessing a sound knowledge of wines and London's restaurant industry.
- Ensuring that all stations are equipped with sufficient clean glasses, decanters, and all other service ware.
- Responding to any menu/drinks queries with knowledgeable, informative, and engaging answers.

A grand brasserie set in the heart of London, Holborn Dining Room serves up Seasonal British cuisine with a twist in a vibrantly bustling dining salon. Combining reclaimed oak with antique mirrors, red leather banquettes with tweed detailing, and two antique patina copper-topped bars.
