Our beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and is frequently updated in line with seasonal trends and guest preferences. We are now looking for a passionate Sommelier (Part-Time or Full-Time) to join our exceptional team and help oversee and elevate our beverage programme across our stunning SUSHI SAMBA and Duck & Waffle restaurants.
As a Sommelier, you will be the ambassador and educator for our guests, expertly pairing wines, sake, and other beverages with our unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine. You will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for wine and beverage culture.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have a genuine passion for wine, an interest in sake, and a desire to continue developing their knowledge within a world-class hospitality environment.

As a Sommelier, we would love you to have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sommelier or within a wine-focused hospitality role
- WSET Level 2 qualification preferred (or equivalent wine certification and experience)
- A strong passion for wine and beverage service, with an interest in sake and a desire to expand your knowledge
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- A guest-focused approach, delivering exceptional hospitality and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the business
- The ability to maintain high standards, processes, and attention to detail
