At Hologic

At Hologic, we are driven by a simple purpose: enabling healthier lives everywhere, every day. As a global leader in medical technology, we focus on improving women's health through innovative solutions in diagnostics, medical imaging, surgical products and molecular testing. Our technologies help clinicians detect disease earlier, treat patients more effectively, and improve outcomes across the care pathway.

We are Seeking a Clinical Application Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to support clinicians using Sonata, Hologic's innovative incisionless solution for the treatment of symptomatic uterine fibroids, across the North of England territory, covering Lancashire through to Yorkshire and the North East. Working closely with gynaecologists, consultants, nurses, and outpatient teams, you will deliver hands-on clinical training and procedural support, helping customers build confidence, maximise utilisation, and improve patient outcomes through minimally invasive treatment pathways.

What To Expect

  • Act as the clinical and applications expert for the Sonata portfolio across the North of England.
  • Deliver high-quality product training and education programmes to gynaecologists, consultants, nurses, theatre teams, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support product installations, demonstrations, workshops, conferences, and educational events throughout the territory.
  • Provide hands-on procedural support during live Sonata cases in both theatre and outpatient settings.
  • Partner closely with Sales colleagues throughout the customer journey, from opportunity development through to post-installation support.
  • Identify opportunities to increase utilisation, strengthen customer relationships, and support continued growth within existing accounts.
  • Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support ongoing business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Field Service Engineering, Technical Solutions, and Customer Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
