We Are Now Looking for a Surgical Sales Specialist
To support our Sonata portfolio across the South of the UK. Sonata is an innovative incisionless solution for the treatment of symptomatic uterine fibroids, helping clinicians deliver effective care while reducing the need for more invasive surgical procedures.
What To Expect
- Drive the growth and adoption of the Sonata portfolio across the South of the UK territory.
- Partner with gynaecologists, consultants and theatre teams to expand access to minimally invasive fibroid treatment pathways.
- Lead product evaluations and account development activities, helping customers successfully implement Sonata within their clinical practice.
- Deliver engaging education programmes, product demonstrations and hands-on training that build confidence and long-term utilisation.
- Provide expert procedural support during live cases, ensuring a seamless customer experience and positive clinical outcomes.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise opportunities within existing customers while identifying and converting new business prospects.
- Serve as a trusted clinical and commercial resource, offering guidance on best practice, workflow optimisation and procedural adoption.
- Capture market intelligence, customer feedback and competitive insights to support ongoing business growth and innovation.
- Represent Hologic at regional and national conferences, workshops and professional education events.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive a consistently high level of support throughout their partnership with Hologic.

What We Expect
- Experience within medical device sales, surgical sales, clinical support, theatre environments, sonography, nursing or gynaecology.
- A proven ability to influence and engage healthcare professionals through education, training and clinical discussions.
- Strong understanding of NHS and/or private healthcare settings and the challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare providers.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities, manage priorities and deliver sustainable territory growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.

Salary: £40,000-£55,000 gross pa base + commission (OTE £60,000-£82,500) based on target performance, with the opportunity to earn above target for those who exceed their goals. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
