Exciting Opportunity for a Band 7 Sonographer
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Radiology department at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for a Band 7 Sonographer to work within the fantastic ultrasound team where a variety of work is undertaken. We provide ultrasound scans in the following areas: general, vascular, musculoskeletal, interventional, and paediatrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative working across the Tees Valley.
- Joining the ultrasound rota for STHFT and working across all ultrasound service sites, including CDC sites.
- Being an employee of South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and managed as per the governance arrangements currently in place for Radiology and the organisation.

About the Radiology Department
The Radiology Department has multiple ultrasound scanners on several sites including The James Cook University Hospital, Friarage Hospital, One Life, Redcar Primary Care, Guisborough, and Stockton sites. A weekend service is also provided at James Cook site currently.
