About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an MSK Sonographer to join our team in a self-employed contractor, fixed term role for 12 months which will be renewed annually, delivering high standards of patient care to the patients of Oldham within a friendly, established multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high standards of patient care.
- Perform a range of Ultrasound examinations on all groups of patients within your scope of practice to the recognised standard.
- Provide potential guided injections (if successful candidate is able).
- Provide comprehensive and efficient diagnostic ultrasound scanning (USS) to the patients of Oldham.

Qualifications & Skills
- Hold a UK recognised PGC level qualification in diagnostic ultrasound.
- HPC registration.
- MSc or equivalent experience and specialist knowledge in MSK & rheumatological ultrasound or be working towards this.
- Experiences interpreting results of investigations and issue comprehensive diagnostic reports.

Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: £40 per hour
- Contract: Fixed term 12 months - possible extension
- Hours: 7.5 - 15 hours per week (Negotiable)
