Sales Promoter (TV & Home Entertainment)
Location: John Lewis, Wilmslow Rd, Cheadle SK8 3BZ
Salary: £12.71 per hour + Uncapped Performance Bonus (OTE £30,980 per year)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 5 days per week
Working Hours:
- Monday: 10:00 - 19:00
- Tuesday: 10:00 - 19:00
- Friday: 10:00 - 19:00
- Saturday: 10:00 - 19:00
- Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00

Your Role
As the face of the brand in-store, you'll create memorable customer experiences and help shoppers discover the latest innovations in home entertainment.
You'll Be Responsible For
Driving Sales & Creating Exceptional Experiences
- Engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
- Delivering exciting product demonstrations that bring technology to life.
- Showcasing premium features including OLED TVs, Mini LED technology, Dolby Atmos sound solutions, and the latest home entertainment innovations.
- Converting customer interest into sales and consistently achieving targets.
Bringing the Brand to Life
- Maintaining an eye-catching retail display area.
- Ensuring products are presented to the highest standards.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and creating excitement around the product range.
- Building strong relationships with store colleagues and supporting product training where needed.
Learning & Growing
- Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and competitor products.
- Participating in regular training and development sessions.
- Providing valuable feedback on customer trends, promotional activity, and sales performance.

Desirable
- Previous retail or sales experience.
