Join Evri Premium

You may have seen that DHL eCommerce UK is now part of the Evri Group, bringing the two businesses together as part of the UK's premier parcel delivery company. • Identify training and development needs within the team and support employees in developing their skills.
  • Manage attendance and conduct processes in line with company policy.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained appropriately and any faults or issues are reported through the correct channels.
  • Support the Sort Centre Manager across all aspects of mail and parcel production.
  • Support our International operation and provide cover for relevant duties when required.
  • Ensure required operational reports and administration are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the Sort Centre.
  • Support remedial charge and non-compliance processes, ensuring appropriate evidence and documentation is completed and escalated.
  • Share best practice, coach team members and ensure resources are used effectively in line with operational requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
