About Amach

Amach is an industry-leading technology driven company with headquarters located in Dublin and remote teams in UK and Europe.

Our blended teams of local and nearshore talent are optimised to deliver high quality and collaborative solutions.

Founded in 2013, Amach was created to solve a specific problem in aviation: too much complexity, too little usable intelligence. We help airlines modernise their operating model using cloud, data and AI—delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise.

Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to be embedded with our customer's teams in their West London office, driving the design and implementation of aviation software solutions built on Altea, PSS, Nevio and PNR offer order platforms, alongside Amadeus integration. You will work closely with the customer's stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption of cloud, data and AI solutions tailored to their airline operations.

Please note: this role operates on a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in our customer's West London office.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and architect comprehensive solutions using Altea, PSS, Nevio and PNR offer order technologies to address the customer's business challenges
  • Collaborate with the customer's technical and business teams to gather requirements, validate assumptions and refine solution approaches
  • Lead the integration of Amadeus systems with the customer's existing infrastructure and processes
  • Drive the implementation roadmap with the customer, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and timelines
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the customer's teams during solution deployment and knowledge transfer
  • Document solution architectures and technical specifications for the customer's stakeholders and development teams
  • Identify opportunities to optimise the customer's use of cloud, data and AI capabilities within their aviation operations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
