Position Summary
The Source to Contract Global Process Owner is accountable for the design, governance, standardisation, optimisation and continuous improvement of the global Source to Contract process.
The role acts as the process design authority across sourcing and contracting activities, ensuring the process is effective, compliant, digitally enabled and consistently adopted across regions, business units and procurement teams.
The role works closely with Category Management, Procurement Excellence, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk and Assurance, Data and Technology teams, and business stakeholders to improve cycle time, compliance, user experience, value delivery and process control across the end-to-end Source to Contract lifecycle.

Accountabilities
- Significant experience in procurement, Source to Contract, procurement operations, procurement excellence or process ownership within a global, complex organisation
- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, RFx execution, supplier evaluation, negotiation preparation, contract lifecycle handover, procurement governance and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience leading process transformation, continuous improvement, standardisation or operating model change in a matrix environment.
- Experience defining and governing global process standards, controls, KPIs, roles and responsibilities, and process documentation.
- Practical knowledge of procurement technology and digital process enablement, ideally including Coupa, SAP, eSourcing tools, contract management platforms and workflow automation.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Data, Technology, Category Management and shared service teams.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to use process, performance and compliance data to identify issues, prioritise improvements and monitor benefits.
- Experience in aerospace, defence, manufacturing, engineering or another regulated global environment would be beneficial.
