Job Title: Sourcing Assistant
Type: Casual / Deal-by-Deal Basis (Informal – No Fixed Contract)
Pay: Pure Commission / Profit Share per successful deal
About the Role
Acousta Audio is a UK-based e-commerce specialist in high-performance sound systems, studio hardware, premium headphones, and smart home speakers.
We are looking for an independent Audio Hardware Sourcing & Sales Associate on an informal, deal-by-deal basis. There are no fixed contracts, no minimum hours, and no set schedules. You simply operate independently—hunting down underpriced audio gear or bringing in buyers—and earn a direct cut/commission on every deal you source or close.

What You’ll Do
- Source Stock: Find underpriced audio equipment (Sonos, Marshall, Apple, Bose, studio monitors, etc.) on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, or local sales.
- Negotiate Purchases: Work out low buy-in prices with sellers to secure high profit margins.
- Close Deals: Connect with prospective buyers, handle product inquiries, and finalize sales.

What You Need
- Strong knowledge of consumer audio gear, tech brands, or e-commerce reselling.
- A natural knack for deal-hunting and price negotiation.
- Complete self-motivation—you choose when and how much you want to search for deals.
Structure & Compensation
- Zero Binding Contract: Fully flexible and informal. Work as much or as little as you want.
- Direct Deal Commission: Earn an agreed profit split/commission payout immediately upon the completion of each successful buy or sale.
