Role Purpose
We are looking for an organised, curious and motivated early-career professional to join the UK Regional Sourcing Team, supporting Real Estate and Facilities Management procurement activity in a global client-facing environment.
This is an operationally focused role with a clear development pathway. The successful candidate will provide structured administrative, compliance, reporting and process support across the procurement lifecycle, helping the team deliver high-quality sourcing outcomes while learning how professional procurement operates from the ground up.
The role sits within a highly regulated client environment, where accuracy, governance, documentation and stakeholder coordination are essential. It is ideal for someone who may have limited procurement experience but is keen to build expertise, take ownership of repeatable processes and grow into a more senior operational sourcing role over time.
What You Will Do
The role provides dependable operational support across category activity, procurement administration, systems management, reporting and stakeholder coordination. While structured and process-led, it offers strong exposure to sourcing activity, commercial decision-making and client delivery.
Procurement Administration & Compliance
- Carry out supplier risk checks and compliance activities in line with agreed processes and governance requirements.
- Support the preparation of contract documentation for signature and manage contract uploads into Coupa, with full training provided.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, documentation and shared-drive folders across the procurement lifecycle.
- Generate, maintain and update documentation in accordance with internal methodologies, work instructions and client requirements.
- Help identify, record and monitor project risks, escalating issues early and supporting agreed mitigation actions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
