At Chain IQ, your ideas move fast.

Chain IQ is a global AI-driven Procurement Service Partner, headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, with operations across main centers and 16 offices worldwide. We provide tailored, end-to-end procurement solutions that enable transformation, drive scalability, and deliver substantial reductions in our clients' indirect spend. Our culture is built on innovation, entrepreneurship, ownership, and impact. Here, your voice matters - bold thinking is encouraged, and action follows ambition.

Role Purpose

Join us as Senior Consultant within our Corporate Services (FM, Construction and Travel) sourcing team and partner with some of the world's leading global organisations, including top-quartile performers in the Banking, Financial Services, and Professional Services sectors.

You will lead sourcing and procurement initiatives across a diverse portfolio of Corporate Services categories, managing varying degrees of complex projects that can range from low value but critical services to high risk/high value deals. Working directly with senior client stakeholders, you will influence strategic decisions, shape category strategies, and deliver measurable commercial, operational, and sustainability outcomes. This is an opportunity to combine deep sourcing expertise with a consulting mindset, build trusted advisor relationships, and accelerate your career in a dynamic, international, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects across Corporate Services categories for one or more client accounts.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to client objectives, market conditions, and business priorities.
  • Own the procurement strategy and delivery for smaller client accounts, supported by off-shore team members, or contribute as part of a wider sourcing team on complex, high-value programmes for larger global clients.
  • Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and sourcing assessments, leveraging proprietary data, external market intelligence, and AI-driven insights to identify value creation opportunities.
  • Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracting activities, and supplier onboarding.
  • Deliver sourcing initiatives across Facilities Management, Construction, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Capital Projects, Travel, Marketing, and related Corporate Services categories.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders from operational delivery teams through to C-suite executives to drive performance, innovation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage supplier risk, compliance, sustainability, and governance requirements in line with client expectations.
  • Utilise procurement technology, market intelligence, and analytics to support sourcing decisions and track outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
