Sourcing Executive

We're looking for a Sourcing Executive to join our team and support the execution of Gymshark's global sourcing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for apparel sourcing, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration to help drive performance across our global supply base.

As a Sourcing Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day contact with suppliers, leading sourcing initiatives, and partnering with teams across Design, Technical, Quality, and Material Planning to deliver best-in-class sourcing solutions.

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our FY27 sourcing strategy, helping to optimise cost, capacity, supplier performance, and sourcing diversification while ensuring alignment with Gymshark's responsible sourcing standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Design, Technical, Quality, and Material Planning teams to support sourcing strategies across core, seasonal, and newness categories.
  • Support the efficient end-to-end sourcing process across our global supplier network.
  • Contribute to the execution of the FY27 sourcing strategy, including cross-costing, duty optimisation, supplier segmentation, and country diversification initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 suppliers to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
  • Manage supplier capacity through capacity holds and stretch planning to support forecasted demand.
  • Support costing initiatives through benchmarking, supplier negotiations, and product re-engineering opportunities.
  • Analyse supplier and sourcing data to drive informed decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Monitor market trends and cost drivers, including raw materials, inflation, energy costs, and exchange rates.
  • Champion responsible purchasing practices and support Gymshark's ethical sourcing and sustainability commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
