What are you going to do:
We are a young, fast-growing platform connecting global fashion and textile brands with a curated network of manufacturers. We're a small team building something real and we want people around us who think the same way: move fast, own your work, and care about doing it well.
We're looking for a Sourcing and Growth Intern based in the UK to help us grow here. You'll research and reach out to UK textile and apparel companies, book meetings with the people who make sourcing decisions, and represent OpenBiz in conversations that genuinely shape our business. This isn't a "shadow and observe" internship - you'll have real ownership from week one, working closely with our founder and seeing exactly how a company gets built.
We're looking for someone curious, driven by results - a student or recent graduate already in the UK, ideally interested in business, trade, or entrepreneurship. What matters most to us is drive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
