Sourcing Lead – Discovery Research
In this role, you will lead sourcing initiatives supporting laboratory and discovery research activities across a broad range of categories, including:
- Lab supplies, consumables, and reagents
- Laboratory equipment, maintenance, and service contracts
- Discovery CRO services across chemistry, biology, DMPK, and toxicology
- Scientific and pre-clinical outsourced services
You will partner closely with research stakeholders to drive sourcing excellence, supplier performance, and cost optimization while supporting cutting-edge scientific innovation.
Sourcing Lead – Pharmaceutical Sciences (PharmSci)
As Sourcing Lead for PharmSci, you will oversee strategic sourcing activities supporting clinical outsourced manufacturing and development programs, including:
- Synthetic Molecules and Biologics API & Drug Substance
- Outsourced analytical method development and testing
- FSP-based development services and other scientific/clinical outsourced services

This role is ideal for someone with experience managing complex supplier ecosystems within pharmaceutical development and manufacturing environments.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Procurement Project Management
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, CRO, CDMO, or related industries
- Strong stakeholder management and supplier negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sourcing projects and deliver measurable business value
