About the Company

YIBI Group supports global luxury brands with high-end leather goods hardware development and manufacturing. Our capabilities span product engineering, precision metal manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, and quality management.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager based in London to strengthen our relationships with UK luxury, fashion, and accessories businesses. This role focuses on sourcing networks, strategic supplier relationships, and new development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with sourcing, procurement, and product teams.
  • Identify potential hardware and accessories sourcing opportunities.
  • Support supplier discussions and early-stage development projects.
  • Provide insights into UK sourcing practices and brand expectations.
  • Help connect relevant brands with YIBI's product-development and manufacturing capabilities.

  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or product development.
  • Familiarity with luxury, accessories, leather goods, or premium consumer products.
  • Strong communication and commercial relationship skills.
  • Existing UK sourcing or luxury-industry networks are preferred.
