Who are we looking for?
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for talent attraction of candidates with specialized positions for the company. They focus on strategic campaigns that work to create a candidate funnel for positions that are hard to fill.
The role is for Manager level, spearheading hiring projects, sourcing and marketing implementation to deliver the needed requirement for specialized positions considered as top level programs in the company.

What will you be doing?
- Design, build and establish specific activities both online and offline to bring in the right candidates for the job openings
- Responsible for creating a database of candidate profiles specific to technical or special program requirements for hiring needs
- Ensure the team can plan and implement sourcing and marketing campaigns specific to the client’s requirements of specific programs
- Collaborate with other teams such as recruitment operations, client vendors and internal sourcing team members on the hiring needs, give direction and support for the account hiring
- Responsible for consolidating, tracking and creating reports for the different initiatives implemented for the hiring needs, give solid recommendations and analysis for alignment
- Build and manage the specialized hiring sourcing campaigns and provide direction for the team, ensuring that cost-per-hire are within boundary while targets are being met
- Maintains understanding of new ways to source candidates, able to easily share learnings and builds strong learning relationships from others
- Implement process improvement, data analysis and able to develop a continuous platform or plan to improve hiring capabilities for hard to fill classes
How will you be measured?
- Actual acceptable fill rate vs target headcount for the specific hiring account
- For project implementation, able to document and give comprehensive report from end-to-end project scope and performance
- As lead, be able to implement and deliver good results for the hiring requirement
- Give strong direction, guidance and coaching to mentor key personnel to build team camaraderie and performance
- Acceptable cost-per-hire metrics are met with the required headcount and sourcing plan budget.

Qualifications
What will make you a good fit?
- With at least 5 years’ background in talent sourcing specialized roles for BPO hiring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong track record in project implementation, team presentation and analysis
- Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills
- Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Office and related business / communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern ways in doing virtual recruitment and talent sourcing (i.e. Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Proactive Sourcing, AI enabled recruiting, etc.)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strategic and creative mindset, able to innovate and can maintain focus on the goal at hand
- With strong motivation, ability to lead a team in difficult situations and fast-driven in delivering results
- Willing to work onsite daily.
