This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, building scalable processes and leading global manufacturing teams to support continued growth.

Client Details

Our client is a growing international apparel manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. Operating a global production network, the business is investing in leadership and operational excellence to support its next phase of growth.

Description

  • Lead sourcing, merchandising, product development and production operations.
  • Spend significant time in Bangladesh and travel internationally as required.
  • Drive operational excellence across quality, delivery and critical path performance.
  • Improve processes, systems and reporting to support growth and efficiency.
  • Optimise sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and factory networks.
  • Lead and develop international teams, driving accountability and performance.
  • Deliver continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Manage costing, margins, budgets and P&L performance.
  • Ensure production is delivered on time, in full and to quality standards.
  • Support business growth through operational leadership and strategic sourcing.
  • Build strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Lead organisational change and create a scalable operating model.

Profile

  • Extensive experience in apparel sourcing, manufacturing or production leadership.
  • Proven success leading sourcing and production teams in Bangladesh.
  • Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, costing and margin management.
  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Track record of improving operational performance and delivery.
  • Experience managing global supplier and factory networks.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing international teams.
  • Credible stakeholder manager able to influence customers and suppliers.
  • Experience leading change, restructuring teams and improving processes.
  • Hands-on, results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively, including significant time in Bangladesh.

  • Willingness to travel extensively, including significant time in Bangladesh.
