Job Title
The roles are primarily remote; however, successful candidates should be able to attend the Newcastle office for several days during their initial onboarding period to participate in training sessions and team integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive talent sourcing activities across a range of platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, and networking channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Identify, engage, and screen potential candidates across German-speaking and English-speaking markets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives and market-mapping activities.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, talent market insights, and candidate availability.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.

- Fluency in English and German/French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, strategic sourcing, or candidate research.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing skills.
- Experience building talent pipelines for high-volume or specialist hiring projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
