As a team:

Supply Chain and Engineering is a major functionally-oriented consulting practice: we help our clients to identify and quantify the transformational opportunities available in today’s dynamic business environment. Our work spans a range of value-focused operations assignments from redefining an operating model, reconfiguring national, regional or global supply chain footprint and capabilities through to global sourcing of core categories and creation of supply chain risk frameworks to ensure that potential risks are transparent and the extended supply chain is resilient.

In our team you will:

  • Work in a central role enabling our Sourcing & Procurement capabilities in working with some of the most prominent global companies in the world, responsible for helping the CPO, and their business partners, address some of the critical business issues faced today, including:
    • Procurement Strategy Definition

This will include the strategic assessment of the optimal digital and analytics solution for sourcing and procurement (including but not limited SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Jaggaer, iValua).
  • Advise on how to deploy AI across the Source to Pay value chain, and work with technology partners to deploy AI use cases
  • Deliver sourcing & procurement transformations in line with client’s business challenges:
    • Create capabilities (process/tools/people) in line with the future operating model
    • Analyse and model financial data to support large scale cost reduction programmes, utilising functional and cost category benchmarks, process definitions and enterprise value targeting tools
    • Help clients harness digital and emerging technology solutions to power their operational strategies (including via RPA, IoT, Blockchain, Analytics, AI)
    • Support value chain transformation projects across functional areas within and outside of supply chain, focusing on process reinvention, operational excellence, and cost transformation
  • Support business development opportunities and prepare sales proposals
  • Execute client engagements, with a strong capability to develop the skills and capabilities of junior colleagues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
