Our Talent Acquisition organization plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support business growth and operational excellence. We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist who is passionate about talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and driving recruitment success through strong stakeholder collaboration and market insights.
Partnering with the Best
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for all activities related to proactive talent sourcing and candidate generation. You will work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business stakeholders to identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent while supporting hiring objectives across multiple functions and geographies.
You will be accountable for solving recruitment challenges, executing sourcing strategies, and supporting both short-term and long-term hiring goals. In this role, you will ensure sourcing plans are executed effectively, talent pipelines are maintained, and recruitment targets are achieved. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating recruitment priorities, market trends, and sourcing best practices while driving talent acquisition excellence.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Leading proactive sourcing activities through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent networks, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple business functions.
- Providing market intelligence, talent insights, and sourcing progress updates to stakeholders while identifying hiring risks and opportunities.
- Leading talent mapping and competitor research initiatives to support strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborating with Recruitment Operations teams to ensure candidate information is accurately maintained within applicant tracking systems.
- Leading candidate engagement activities and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment performance through data-driven decision-making.

Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing, Human Resources, or related business functions.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new industries, business functions, and recruitment processes.
- Have experience managing multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a self-starter with a proactive approach to candidate sourcing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Have experience working with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, talent mapping, recruitment metrics, and candidate engagement strategies.
