3 days in London Office
Your New Company
A leading professional services organisation based in the City of London is looking to strengthen its Procurement team with the addition of a Sourcing Specialist. Operating across a global environment, the organisation partners with a wide range of internal stakeholders and suppliers, supporting strategic sourcing activity across facilities management, corporate real estate and wider indirect spend areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their procurement career within a collaborative and highly regarded procurement function. The team is more focused on attitude, stakeholder skills and cultural fit than deep category specialism.
Your New Role
Reporting into a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will support and lead sourcing activity across a variety of indirect procurement categories, with an initial focus on Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to manage sourcing projects, support tender exercises, engage suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and contribute to procurement initiatives that deliver value and improve governance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
