Sourcing Team Leader (TL)
Location: Lalbaug, Parel (South Mumbai) – Luxury Residential Project
Role Overview
The Sourcing Team Leader (TL) will be responsible for driving lead generation through channel partners (CPs), managing a sourcing team, and ensuring a strong pipeline for high-ticket luxury inventory (₹10 Cr+). The role demands deep market connectivity, leadership capability, and revenue ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and IPCs
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers/executives
- Drive high-quality lead generation and ensure consistent site visits
- Design and execute sourcing strategies aligned with sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing CPs and drive repeat business
- Monitor team performance, pipeline health, and conversion ratios
- Coordinate closely with closing team for seamless client handover
- Plan and execute broker meets, activations, and engagement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile
- 6–12 years of experience in Mumbai residential real estate sourcing
- Proven track record in handling high-ticket size inventory (₹5 Cr+)
- Strong existing broker/CP network in South Mumbai
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills
- Highly target-driven with strong execution focus
