Full Time | Up to £16.15 / Hour

Description

Join Fuller’s: Where the true you thrives and diversity is embraced. At Fuller’s we don't just offer jobs, we invite you to celebrate your authentic self. Our four core values – doing things the right way, being part of the family, celebrating individuality, and always asking what’s next? – define the essence of who we are.

An Exciting New Chapter at The Duke of Kent! Something of an Ealing destination pub, The Duke of Kent attracts a lively mix of young professionals, local families, and fresh-food lovers. With two major dining areas and a high-volume trade, we are entering a thrilling new era. We are about to undergo a major investment and full refurbishment, including brand-new outdoor pizza facilities for our garden!

We are looking for an energetic, people-first Sous Chef to jump on board at this transformative moment. Working alongside our Head Chef, Adrian, you will play a pivotal role in driving food quality across the festive period, shaping our events offering, and building a passionate, tight-knit kitchen team ready to rock the summer ahead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
