Sous Chef
We are looking to expand our culinary team and are searching for a talented Sous Chef to join to join our high-quality kitchen team.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Playing a crucial part in the leading, developing, and inspiring of the wider kitchen team.
- Helping to Consistently Deliver a high-quality dining experience, always putting our Customer First.
- Working closely with the Executive Chef in planning and implementing food and menus.
- Overall assistance of responsibilities for the kitchen’s daily operations.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels accordingly.
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.

- Significant experience in a fast-moving, quality-driven kitchen.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a culinary team.
- Charismatic, creative, and experienced at Sous Chef level.
- Someone with a positive attitude and a professional and courteous manner.
