Sous Chef – Conference & Events
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 - between 6:00am and 9:30pm
Salary: £35,000 per annum
We are recruiting a creative and passionate Sous Chef for a busy conference and events venue in Birmingham.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work across fresh daily dining, VIP dinners, BBQs and events for up to 300 guests. You’ll support the Head Chef, bring energy and new ideas to the kitchen, and inspire the team to deliver fantastic food.

What We’re Looking For
- An experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Senior Chef de Partie, ideally from a hotel background or fresh food focused gastro pub or restaurant
- Creativity, energy and a passion for fresh food
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High standards of quality and presentation
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen SOPs, food safety and hygiene
