Sous Chef at Six by Nico - Birmingham

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef who is enthusiastic and driven to join our team at Six by Nico.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head Chef in overseeing the entire kitchen operation.
- Supervise your team and coordinate the delivery of high-quality food.
- Control and oversee the seasoning, portioning, and appearance of the food served.
- Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house.
- Communicate effectively and lead while working well with others.
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques, and food safety.
- Be committed to delivering first-class service.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask.
- Possess good organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
