Sous Chef
This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional ready to take on a leadership role, working closely with our Head Chef to continue delivering exceptional food quality and maintaining our high standards as our French concept goes from strength to strength. As our Sous Chef, you’ll be essential to the day-to-day management of our kitchen, from overseeing food preparation to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our standards of excellence. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about French cuisine, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef, ensuring service runs smoothly and standards are met.
- Manage and inspire the kitchen brigade, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high morale and professional growth.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, recipe adherence, and food quality control.
- Ensure food presentation and quality are consistently exceptional, meeting our guests' high expectations.
- Uphold health and safety standards and ensure all kitchen staff follow best practices.
- Assist in stock and cost control, managing orders and minimising waste to support budget goals.
