Qualifications
What you'll be doing
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences and supporting the Head Chef in leading a high-performing kitchen team.
You'll:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes that delight our guests every time
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Support the smooth running of a busy kitchen during service
- Help drive food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Work closely with your team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Support the implementation of new menus, seasonal dishes, and promotions
- Lead by example, motivating and developing junior members of the team
What we're looking for
We're seeking a Sous Chef who brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love of hospitality.
You'll have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A passion for fresh food and delivering excellent guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support others
- Great communication skills and a commitment to food safety and allergen compliance
- Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely
