Sous Chef at The Cadogan
As a Sous Chef at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Kitchen team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and other senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Supervise junior chefs, effectively taking charge of certain sections in the kitchen.
- Closely working with the team to prepare and design an enticing menu.
- Ensure all tools and workspaces are clean, tidy and functional.

What You Bring:
- Warm, genuine and approachable character
- Excellent team working skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
