Sous Chef at The Cadogan

As a Sous Chef at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Kitchen team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

If you are looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and other senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen.
  • Supervise junior chefs, effectively taking charge of certain sections in the kitchen.
  • Closely working with the team to prepare and design an enticing menu.
  • Ensure all tools and workspaces are clean, tidy and functional.

What You Bring:
