Looking for a Sous Chef role that offers a genuine work-life balance?
I'm recruiting for a busy hotel operation in Ellesmere Port that's looking for a talented Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead a small kitchen team delivering quality food across the restaurant, weddings, events, conferences, and banqueting.

What You'll Need
- Previous Sous Chef experience or strong Chef de Partie background
- Confident leading service and supporting a team
- Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen compliance
- Hotel or banqueting experience is desirable

Shift Patterns
- 1pm - 9:30pm
- 2:30pm - 11pm
- 5:30am - 2pm (breakfast shift)
