A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a prestigious fine dining establishment, British Cuisine


We are seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at a prestigious fine dining establishment. This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef. The role involves supporting the Head Chef in leading a small brigade of 10 chefs, delivering exceptional food quality and service in an intimate 50-cover setting. For exceptional candidates, there is the potential to work across 2 Michelin sites.

The Sous Chef Role

  • Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen brigade.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the menu to the highest standards.
  • Manage ordering, stock control, and food safety compliance.
  • Drive team development, training, and performance.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all dishes.

The Ideal Sous Chef

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef with a solid CV.
  • Fine dining or Michelin-starred experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Calm, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
