The Person
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef within reputable establishments is essential.
- Passionate about working with the freshest seasonal produce.
- Everything is made in-house, utilizing ingredients from select local suppliers, which are showcased through regularly changing menus and specials.
- An inspiring leader who will develop, train, and help to retain a team of Chefs, working between different sections.
- The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership teams.
- Organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
- Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety, and HACCP.
