We are seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our award-winning Rosette kitchen. Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through outstanding food quality, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Chef Responsibilities
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a Rosette, fine dining, or premium fresh food environment.
- Passion for high-quality ingredients and modern British cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A hands-on approach with a commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance requirements.
