Key Responsibilities
As our Sous Chef, you will:
- Assist the Head Chef in leading, motivating, and supervising the Kitchen Team.
- Manage food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking, and service within on-site restaurants and bars, including match day hospitality and banqueting.
- Take full responsibility for Head Chef duties in their absence.
- Maintain high levels of service that exceed customer expectations.
- Control resources, manage processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of five years as a Sous Chef.
- Attributes: Reliable, good timekeeper, organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about culinary excellence.
- Administration: Familiar with working in a professional organization with SOPs and strict protocols, especially regarding ordering and menu creation.
