Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a leading luxury resort group to recruit experienced multiple Italian Sous Chefs for their Italian specialty restaurants across multiple Caribbean destinations. These are fantastic opportunities for chefs who are passionate about Italian cuisine, enjoy developing high-performing teams, and thrive in luxury hospitality environments.
About the Role
You will lead the day-to-day operation of a high-end Italian specialty restaurant, delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and authenticity. Working alongside the wider culinary leadership team, you'll also contribute to menu development, training initiatives and resort-wide culinary excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the Italian specialty restaurant
- Deliver authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine with exceptional consistency
- Coach, mentor and develop a multicultural brigade
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen organization
- Collaborate with the wider culinary team across multiple dining venues
- Drive a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience within an authentic Italian restaurant
- Luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant background preferred
- Passionate, hands-on leader who enjoys developing people
- International or resort experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Pay range and compensation package
Package: USD $40,000 + gratuity + monthly accommodation allowance + relocation + work permit sponsorship + additional benefits.
