About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding and talented Sous Chef to join our team. The Rose is the perfect spot for great drinks, delicious seasonal food, and absolutely the finest pizza in South East London. Our chefs work with some great producers and suppliers to create our ever-changing, seasonal food menu, and we pride ourselves on our mouth-watering Sunday roasts and awesome stone-fired pizzas. Whether you are stopping by for a few pints of our great draught beers, a fantastic meal with a glass of one of our lovely wines, or an evening enjoying the best cocktails in New Cross, we guarantee a warm welcome and an abundance of good vibes, 7 days a week.

  • Support the Head Chef in the development, implementation, and review of the menu to maximize sales in line with the pub vision and business plan.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
