Sous Chef Role
The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Your development and creativity are valued and encouraged. Requirements
The ideal applicant will be an experienced Sous Chef with:
- Previous experience managing people
- Leadership experience in a high-quality customer care environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary standards
- Previous experience in a position of responsibility
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures including COSHH, HACCP, and allergens
Additionally, the candidate should:
- Be passionate about food and exceptional service
- Possess good organization and communication skills
