Support the Head Chef in running an established, high-volume London site. Hands-on leadership, team development, stock and cost control, menu input, and stepping up when needed.

  • Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP from a quality, fresh food background.
  • High-volume European cuisine experience.
  • Confident leader who develops their team.
  • Commercially sharp: stock, cost control, systems.
  • No ego. Team player.
